Welcome to Aspen Mini Aussies. We are a small hobby kennel located in the beautiful mountains of central New Mexico . Our objective is producing quality dogs for families who want a terrific pet and loving companion. We show our dogs infrequently due to our remote location but our show results indicate they do well in the conformation ring and in obedience. We are fortunate to have two IABCA National and International Champions. One International/National Junior Puppy Champion and one National Junior Puppy Champion. Each breeding is carefully planned from top bloodlines. The use of quality studs and bitches will ensure correct type , temperament and sound structure. Our breedings dogs have been OFA'd, CERF'd and have had their MDR1 test. All of our puppies will be tested by a qualified Ophthalmologist at the age of 6-8 weeks. The mother will be health checked prior to breeding. She will be followed closely during her pregnancy and her puppies will be whelped in our home. Each puppy will be temperament tested and will be socialized, healthy and eager for their new family. All will receive their appropriate vaccinations and have a limited health and full genetic warranty as well as full registration. Companion puppies will be sold under a spay / neuter contract only. We reserve the right to place our puppies into suitable homes. Our dogs are a part of our family and we believe that any dog should live with a committed owner as a life long companion. We enter into a contract with the purchasers of our puppies that we will take back a dog whatever the age if for any reason the buyer is unable to look after them. We will keep in touch with the family to ensure they are managing well and to answer any questions. We will be delighted to assist throughout the life of their dog. We plan on having litters on a limited basis. Our stud dogs will only be bred to females that have been OFA'd and CERF'd and that have passed all health tests.
